Veldt Auto sells automotive and vehicle-repair-related products through its online store. Product descriptions, images, availability, and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or discontinue products without notice.

An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by Veldt Auto. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Delivery is available within South Africa only and is subject to the delivery terms in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended use and are installed or used safely and correctly. Where professional installation or technical advice is appropriate, customers should consult a qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by law, Veldt Auto is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect product use, incorrect installation, misuse, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
